The boys2MEN Programs help young men build confidence, strengthen self esteem and develop meaningful relationships with trusted mentors. Through year round programs, workshops and experiences, we provide tools and support that encourage personal growth, leadership and long term success.

boys2MEN Leadership Summit

The boys2MEN Leadership Summit is an annual experience designed to equip young men with the tools, relationships and opportunities they need to grow into confident leaders. Over the years, the Summit has impacted more than 300 young men through mentorship, leadership development, life skills and meaningful connections. Each year builds on our mission to create a lasting foundation that helps young men discover their potential, strengthen their future and make a positive impact in their communities.

1-on-1 Mentoring

Our 1 on 1 Mentoring Program connects young men with trusted mentors who provide consistent guidance, encouragement and support. Through meaningful relationships, participants build confidence, set goals and develop skills that support their personal growth and future success.

Workshops

Our fall and spring workshops prepare young men for their next steps through college readiness, workforce development, career exploration and leadership development. Each experience provides practical tools and connections that help participants build skills, explore opportunities and prepare for their future.

School Programming

Our school based programs bring boys2MEN directly into schools across districts including DPS, APS and more. Through mentorship, leadership development and guided discussions, we provide young men with consistent support and tools to grow both in and outside the classroom.
